Now depending on her some women should stop lifting as heavy the further along they are in their pregnancy, not saying that they cannot still lift, but just not as heavy.

Garage sessions are my life right now.. I wanted to do band pullups but couldn't get my leg up into the band without getting sketchy… so here was my compromise. Very similar to an inverted row, but I tried to keep more upright to simulate a pullup. You can always adapt an exercise, rather than give up on it 💪💪 Due date is tomorrow ladies and gents 🤰💜

After the heaviest exercises like squats, sumo deadlifts and so on I like to finish my sessions with ” easier “ exercises 🙊. But sometimes ( very often haha ) I do the opposite and finish my workout with the heaviest exercises and use easier exercises as super sets instead. It chock the muscles to change to routines now and then 😍🙌🏼
Still very pregnant. 😂 Few days shy of #40weeks 👶🏽 Had a burst of energy today so we rolled with it!🤗 I did 15 min on the stair master and then 1 mile of elevated walking, lateral squat walks and shuffles right into some shoulder work finishing with Belly Pumping! ( completely safe for 👶🏽) I was a sweaty mess as you can see! #SweatIsGold 🙌🏽 . We have 40 week check up with Doc later! 🙏🏼 . Leggings and sports bra are @ptulaactive . My new fav leggings! You know you’re on the home stretch when you went all day with your leggings inside out and noticed it at the gym. 🤷🏼♀️ #Preggobrainisreal #scrambledbrain . Workout: 😈 Pay attention to your breathing and TVA activation. 👌🏽 1 min of each exercise 15 sec break 10 rounds I am pushing into the ball aggressively with my shoulder to get a deeper activation! It also requires more stabilization! Last clip has multiple exercises on the box! 👍🏽 I also did a TRX circuit: not filmed 🙈 But did rows, squat to overhead pull and squat shuffles with the same minute structure! . Energy is lower, slightly more uncomfortable and just trying to stay active as much as possible! How many of my mamas have preggo brain haha!? . .
