💦 Full body blast 💦 Back to my small room 😆 as I’m back in France for a couple of weeks 🤩 After travelling so much in a few days (from 🇦🇪 to 🇩🇰 to 🇫🇷 ) with no time (👉🏽 motivation) to train and more food than I should have eaten, this is the kind of workouts I like to do to get a good sweat 💦 which always gives me energy when I’m feeling lazy & sluggish 😖 ⏱ Do each move for 1 min (for exercise 2️⃣, do 30 sec each side) ❌ NO REST between each exercise ✅ 1 min rest between each round 🔁 Repeat 4 times total 1️⃣ Inchworm to pushup 2️⃣ Plank leg lift w/ pushup 3️⃣ Duck walk to squat jack 4️⃣ Plank w/ knee to elbow 5️⃣ Jump lunges to jump squat 6️⃣ Plank twist to snap jump ⚠️ all clips are sped up #fullbodyworkout #fitfam #fitfrenchies #homeworkout #homeworkouts #workoutathome #cardioworkout #cardio #circuittraining #sweat #getmoving

💗 Abs workout 💗 I’ve been training at home only for the past two weeks or so and my sessions are not as intense as when I’m training at the gym 😅 so I’m adjusting my caloric intake accordingly (yep I’m back at tracking calories 🤓) 👉🏽 let me know if explaining this more in detail is something you would be interested in or not 🤗 👇🏽 Here’s the workout: 1️⃣ Alternate single leg jackknives 👉🏽 20 reps (1 rep= left + ride leg + joint legs) 2️⃣ Reverse tabletop knee tucks 👉🏽 20 reps each side 3️⃣ Weighted bird dogs 👉🏽 15 reps each side 4️⃣ Jackknife dumbbell passes 👉🏽 20 reps (1 rep= hands to feet + feet to hands) 5️⃣ Side plank pulses 👉🏽30 reps each side ✅ REPEAT 3 TIMES 🎶 song by @kninek #abs #absworkout #homeworkout #homeworkouts #trainathome #girlswithabs #fitfam #fitnessmotivation #fitfrenchies

〰️Hard-core〰️ 🇫🇷 below Socks 🧦 = it’s going to slide 🏄‍♀️ with @womensbest.fr vegan chocolate protein shake 💕 Don’t be mad at me, I made up most of the names ⬇️😆 💕 I’m using a 3Kg dumbbell 1️⃣ Side hip drop to crunch ➖ 10 reps each side 2️⃣ Single leg jackknife with slight twist ➖ 15 reps each side 3️⃣ Alternate dead bugs ➖ 15 reps each side 4️⃣ Plank w/ dumbbell push to sliding mountain climbers ➖ 10 reps each side 5️⃣ Sliding pike ➖ 10 reps 👶 Beginner: 2-3 rounds 😎 Advanced: 4-5 rounds 🇫🇷🇫🇷🇫🇷 〰️Abdos en béton〰️ On sort les chaussettes parce que ça va glisser 🏄‍♀️ avec @womensbest.fr 💕 Désolée pour les noms pas très clairs que j’ai un peu dû inventer ⬇️😆 (heureusement qu’il y a les vidéos pour montrer plus clairement parce que sinon ce serait tellement incompréhensible 😅) en plus j’ai l’impression que même en français, on utilise le nom anglais pour certains exercices 🤔 💕 J’utilise un poids de 3kg (et oui c’est assez dur comme ça !!) 1️⃣ Montée/descente des hanches + crunch ➖ 10 répétitions de chaque côté 2️⃣ “Couteau suisse” à une jambe avec légère rotation (elle est sérieuse avec ce nom ? 😆) ➖ 15 répétitions de chaque côté 3️⃣ Dead bug alterné ➖15 répétitions de chaque côté 4️⃣ Planche en faisant glisser un poids puis mountain climbers en glissant ➖ 10 répétitions de chaque côté 5️⃣ Sliding pike ➖ 10 répétitions 👶 Débutantes : répétez 2-3 fois 😎 Avancées : répétez 4-5 fois #homeworkout #fitfrenchies #abdos #absworkout #coreworkout #womensbest #nogymneeded
